Personal reflection on meeting

I chaired a meeting conducted by three students of CLV in room F16 on Monday 18^th March 2013 at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the parking issues at the Abu Dhabi Men’s College. I Abdulrahman Al Zaabi (H00254759) as chairman started the meeting by welcoming everyone and introducing them to each other. Faisal Al Hosani (S960003762) as the participant was discussing the items on the meeting agenda with me. Salem Ali (H00213881) was the secretary and his job was to take the minutes and the outcome of the meeting. My role as a chairman was to control the meeting and go through the items of the agenda in a way to achieve the goals of the meeting. I was clear to address the issue and give the participants the chance to contribute in the meeting. Faisal Al Hosani was very efficient to discuss the issue and suggested very viable solutions. Even Salem Ali had the chance to share his views and opinions about the items on the agenda. In my opinion, the meeting achieved its goals and all the attendees demonstrated a high level of understanding of the topic.
